Helen Pugh
has been in the real estate business for over 30
years. She has participated in many
relocation transactions with over 40 large national and international firms.
Her results have been very satisfactory and have earned the respect of all
the companies she has worked with due to her diligence and attention to the
client's needs.
She has managed 30 properties for
her clients, participated in the sale of houses, condominiums, small
apartment buildings, commercial office buildings, residential and commercial
leasing, farms, building lots, and land.
She works with builders and
architects continually assisting them with design ideas, layout,
subdividing, and seminars. Her two seminar series are presented monthly at
local commercial centers in the area: How To
Build or Remodel A Custom Home In Arizona and Gardening In The
Southwest. She and her seminar partner have been presenting for over
eighteen
years.
Helen is the President of the
John Hall Luxury Home Division, a past president of
FIABCI ARIZONA, the
international real estate federation based in Paris, France, is a
Distinguished Toastmaster, DTM, and is included in Who's Who In The
World, and Significant Women of the 20th Century.

is a publisher of a civic book, and has been a producer of her own radio and
TV show.
TV Productions - Helen Pugh can be contacted regarding TV production work. Currently casting for a new made for TV one hour movie to be produced in Scottsdale, AZ and an overseas location.
H Productions is involved in three projects: a celebrity interview show, a one hour made for TV drama, and an episodic TV drama series.

Society. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Arizona

She is a graduate of the University
of California, Berkeley, President of the Arizona Alumni Chapter, and is
studying several languages. She is a graduate of the Real Estate Appraisal
School, and reviews appraisals for financial institutions.

children, and has resided in Scottsdale, AZ for over 40 years.
