It is Fall here in Arizona, although it still feels like summer with temperatures in the high 90's. Yet in the evening we see the harvest moon and as we check out the night stars and some cooler breezes we can feel the change in the air.

The real estate market is "picking up" in the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley area, especially in the second homes and luxury categories.  School has started which means that the local population has returned from the lakes and seashores, and those that have been wanting a new home are out looking again.  The investors are also here and are thrilled to be able to make good connections and purchases to add to their portfolios as additional rental properties.  We have 20 plus thousand people moving here...every month...and that of course results in a high demand for housing. Despite what one hears and reads in the press, we are holding steady and with the national elections in full swing people are gaining confidence again.  What better investment than tried and true real estate.  And if one can purchase prudently, find the right terms, and have a reliable agent to oversee the transaction, and often manage it while absent, this is a very satisfying plan of action.

Then there are the exciting amenities to be enjoyed here, in the SUNSHINE: golf, swimming, tennis, riding, day trips to famous places, many fine restaurants, wine bars that have parties, shopping, car shows, and just sitting back and relaxing.  We want you to be a part of our lovely community and like us.......enjoy the good life.
