Spring..........it's here for sure. At least that is what we thought a week ago when the sun was warm, the golf fans at the FBR Open enjoying watching PN win, the auto auctions having their biggest sales ever, one went for 3M!
Dollars, that is, a one of a kind Oldsmobile. Good for them. We need some rain, and we have had some. You should see the hills around our valley, green and more green! So unusual to see green desert. Not quite Oregon or Minnesota, but as long as it lasts we welcome it. As we welcome all of you visitors, winter residents, and contemplators. You are the ones that I meet at my open houses on weekends who say "we should have purchased a house last year when we were here". They are so right! House prices are healthy, homes have never been easier to afford. Ask me about financing. I will put you in touch with some reliable experts who can tailor your purchase to suit your needs. Ask about 100% financing, even 105% financing! Now is the time.

Think about purchasing a small collection of properties, say, building lots on the edges of our county, and deeding them over to your children, your grandchildren, your favorite charity. Some of them are sooo inexpensive. And small houses for rentals. Keep them occupied, collect the rents, hopefully through my services as an agent, and watch them appreciate. Investors are coming here in groups, buying 10 houses at a time. Think of this: sell something, and with 100K you can purchase ten houses with 10% down, if you buy the right properties.
