Kip Kindregan has lived in the Phoenix area since 1984, having relocated from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Being an avid golfer, he is a past member of The Desert Mountain Club, Scottsdale, AZ and a member of Arizona Country Club since moving to Arizona.

He spent 1995 until 2000 as Vice President of Sales/Marketing for Desert Mountain Properties in Scottsdale, AZ.  The 1999 “Robb Report” magazine picked The Desert Mountain Club’s five (5 and soon to be sixth) courses as the “ #1 Planned Golf Community in the World”!  We sold custom home sites, resale homes, and built 100+ semi-custom homes each year. The community is in north Scottsdale and sits on 8400 acres.  It is the site of The Tradition golf tournament, which is a major on the Senior PGA Tour.

Since Desert Mountain is almost sold out, Kip joined John Hall & Associates as an Associate Broker in early 2000. He is a Board Member of John Hall’s Luxury Home Division.  John Hall specializes in the Phoenix metropolitan area and has five (5) offices and 800+ agents.  The National Association of Realtors ranks our company the 34th largest realty company in the United States.  He is very familiar with the many private country clubs and public/private planned golf communities in Arizona- (to name a few)
