Greetings from Sunny Arizona! 

You may have been reading that our winter temperatures are expected to hit 80 degrees on any given sunny day with few exceptions.  We are in paradise, truly, at least for the majority of the year. Flew up to San Francisco in December to visit family and spent many happy hours there. The San Francisco Bay was eerily gray, like the back of a dove, with occasional gold sun spots streaming from the clouds and landing on the waters.  At night the train whistles from the bay front carried up into the hills: 3 long and 1 short whooo sounds. Not sure what that means, perhaps, I'm coming in put the coffee pot on (?). It was in the 40's, lucky me wrapped up in my long coat with a big collar. Real estate values are continuing to steadily rise in the Bay Area. Take one house price, divide by 4, and you can buy a house in Scottsdale or Phoenix metropolitan area for that money!  Usually comes with a swimming pool, perhaps a 3 or 4 car garage as well. This season in Scottsdale everything's happening:  the auto auctions, the Arabian horse show, the west's most western parade, the Parada del Sol (ask me about the years that I rode in the parade in the saddle...one mount, TarBaby, was sure he wanted to be in the formation ahead of us which was not allowed, but I held back, with only minor rein burns on my black gloves, the TV captured that one on the public channel for reruns). Have sold/leased all of my current properties, and will have new ones for your consideration. Actually, I have access to all the properties on the market, so I am able to research and set appointments for anything that is on the real estate computer. Having been in business for over 25 years I know the market, the neighborhoods, where the shopping and schools are. I can find you a home, a business location, lots, land, a builder, an architect, designers, ask me and I will find it. At least 99% of the time. Also financial experts: mortgages, investment advisors, employment assistance, escrow and title company aid. Doctors, lawyers, dentists, bankers, landscaper, electricians, home inspectors, handyman, website design and support, car leases. Churches, synagogues. YMCA, clubs, exercise and fitness centers. And the malls, we have many.  Golf clubs, night clubs, hotels, spas, and hiking trails. Art galleries, symphony, ballet, opera, plays, lectures. Hospitals, care centers, assistive living, live in help, baby sitting. The list is longer but I've said enough. Call me and tell me your needs here and in greater Arizona.
